I'm a serial entrepreneur who is in the process of starting a new venture. We are in stealth mode right now but I am looking to build a team of the best and the brightest. We will be creating a web-based application that will be using componenents of YouTube and Revver, and couple them with a platform that hasn't yet been utilized.

*Extensive experience in website development
*Thorough understanding of online video architecture
*Experience in PHP/ASP/MySQL Flash/ActionScript/JavaScript/HTML/CSS experience
*Experience with Flash Media Server Experience with server-side web frameworks
*Proven interactive design experience Development experience in C/C++ or Java.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate that thrives in a startup environment, and has strong technical problem solving skills with attention to design detail. The right candidate will like to work in an exciting and dynamic market and must be able to thrive in a high energy, fast paced and fun startup. You will be giving the title of Co-Founder/Partner and will help run technological aspects of a growing startup Internet company.
